12/30/09 - A "heads up", from Jan 5th through Feb 12th, my schedule will be such that during the week (Mon-Fri, possibly some weekends), I will be out of town and will not have regular access to internet and so CANNOT ship packages during the week. So, if you want your order quickly, get it in before Sunday night (~6pm EST) since I'll likely ship orders either Saturday or Monday. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Personally, I'm not happy about it either.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Over the past few months, I've had a small amount of people outside of the US tell me they did not receive their order. Because the postal service has been less reliable lately, I am requiring that orders of $100USD to use Priority International shipping, which is about $13USD, and orders of $250USD or more to use Express Mail International shipping (EMS), which is about $25USD. These methods are more reliable and EMS also provides tracking so that the package is much less likely to be lost and also has insurance available (see details in the upgrades section for more information).
All orders using the "Zone Rate" without any upgrade are shipping using First Class International Mail, which is non-trackable and offers no insurance or reimbursement if lost or damaged, but is the cheapest method. Choosing this method for your order is AT YOUR OWN RISK. I offer no refund or reimbursement if you do not receive your order. Many people have used it in the past with no problem, but that is not a guarantee.

A little about me: I'm a medical student at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and currently in my 3rd year of medical school. If you don't know anything about medical education, the last two (of four) years primarily involve clinical rotations of 6 to 12 weeks each in hospitals and clinics, unlike the first two years which are mostly lecture-based education. So, my schedule will likely be EXTREMELY busy during this year, with me possibly being at the hospital for upwards of 60hrs a week, including weekends while I also needing to study for national standardized exams at the end of each rotation. So, while I will do my best to ensure smooth operation of my "business" here, there will be times where I may not have time to put together orders or get them in the mail and probably an occasional mistake. I appreciate your patience and understanding if that does occur and I will do my best to correct the situation as soon as possible. Thanks so much for supporting me in my education and hobby!
